Report a pilot

Report the pilot in the game rather than here: open the pilot menu in chat and choose to report, or use the /report command. Reporting from chat attaches the message you are reporting, which is what makes a report actionable.

Reports go to a moderation queue that is separate from support tickets. That separation is deliberate: it keeps one report in one place instead of splitting it across two queues depending on which door you used.

You will not be told what happened to the pilot you reported. That is not us ignoring you: what we do about somebody else's account is between us and them, and the same rule protects you.

Report harassment, cheating, and names or messages that break the rules. If somebody is in danger, contact your local emergency services first. We cannot reach them and they can.
