Reset your password

1. On the game sign-in screen, choose the forgotten-password link.
2. Enter the email address on the account. We always say the same thing back, whether or not an account exists, so nobody can use this to find out who has one.
3. Open the newest mail and follow the link. It brings you to riftarmada.com/reset-password.
4. Set the new password.

Changing your password signs you out everywhere, on purpose. If somebody else had your account, that is the moment they lose it. Sign in again afterwards.

Reset links are single use and expire. If yours has lapsed, ask for another and use the newest mail: an older link will not work.
