Credits, Rift Crystal and Gold

• Credits are the everyday currency. You earn them by playing.
• Rift Crystal is the harder currency. You earn it by playing, most of it from daily and weekly missions.
• Gold is the paid one. It cannot be exchanged for Rift Crystal.

What gold does and does not do

Gold buys convenience and cosmetics, never Rift Crystal. Everything Rift Crystal buys is earned by playing, so gold never buys gear other pilots cannot reach.

Nothing is permanently gold-only, and paid gear is never the best in its slot. You can gain power fast with money. You cannot gain power that other players are unable to reach.

Currencies belong to a pilot in a world, not to your account, so they do not follow you to another world.

If a purchase did not arrive, open a ticket with the payment category and include when you bought it and what you expected.
