Banned or muted, and how to appeal

A mute stops you writing in chat and leaves you flying. A ban stops you signing in at all. If you are banned, the sign-in screen tells you that, rather than giving you a wrong-password error.

Appealing

Open a ticket here and choose the appeal category. Signing in on this website is not the same as signing in to the game, so a banned account can still reach us. That is the reason this page exists.

• Say what you think happened and when.
• One appeal is enough. Opening several does not make it move faster and makes it harder to answer.
• We do read them, and an appeal can succeed.
